Easy Beef Enchilada

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef/turkey 93% lean1 can (19 oz) old el Paso enchilada sauce1.5 cups shredded cheese8 flour tortillas1 medium onion
Directions
1. Heat oven 375 degrees. lightly grease pan. In skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly. Cook onions at same time, in same skillet. Stir in 3/4 cup of the enchilada sauce and 1 cup of the cheese
2. Spoon enchilada filling onto tortillas; roll up and place seam sides down in baking dish.
3. Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the top; sprinkle with ermaining cheese.

Bake 15 or 20 minutes or until hot.
