Ingredients
This is a simple rendition of Arroz con pollo:1 bag yellow rice2-3 cans petite diced tomato2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breastsThe recipe is flexible so that anything can be added to taste! For extra flavor, try assorted bell peppers.
Directions
Brown chicken in skillet, add rice according to package, cook until rice is tender, add diced tomatoes and serve.
Another suggestion: Make rice in separate dish and add once both rice and chicken are thoroughly cooked.
