Simple Salmon Cakes

Ingredients
12 oz canned salmon- boneless and skinless in water1/2 c breadcrumbs2 eggs1/2 c celery- diced1 tbsp dijon mustardblack pepper
Directions
Drain salmon, flake into a bowl. add breadcrumbs, egg, chopped celery and mustard. season with pepper. mix together, form into 6 salmon cakes. add tbsp of olive oil to non-stick pan. add salmon cakes to pan, cook on medium for 5 minutes each side.
