Easy Broccoli Cassarole

Ingredients
2 cloves garlic, minced1 onion, chopped1/2 large red peper, chopped finely4 cups fresh or frozen broccoli1 cup lean ground beef1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1.5 cups cottage cheese (1%)1 can of Cream of Broccoli Soup ( condensed )2.5 cup cooked Egg Noodles
Directions
Cook noodles as per package instructions.

In an oven safe pot cook meat with onion and garlic. Turn off heat and stir in broccoli, red pepper, cottage cheese, condensed soup ( do not add anything to the soup), and cooked noodles. Top with cheddar cheese and cook for 30 minutes or until broccoli is tender when a fork is inserted.

Makes 4 meal size servings.
