Ingredients
1 can sliced white potatoes, drained1 med. onion diced1 tsp. extra virgin olive oilpaprika, salt, pepper, other seasonings you like to taste
Directions
Chop up the onion & heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion & saute for 5 mins or so. Add the potatoes & try to make a layer 1-potato thick on the frying pan. Cook 5 mins or so (on med-high), then turn over. Cook another 5 mins or until your desired brownness.

Makes 2 servings, equal size.
