2.5 cups Mahatma Gold Parboiled Rice2 chopped Scallions1 cup cut green beans .5 chopped Onions, raw, 75 cup, strips or slices Carrots.5 cup of chopped pepers 2 cloves chopped Garlic1 tbsp Olive Oil1 tsp Lemon grass 1 tsp Ginger, ground2 tsp Curry powderSalt to taste1 oz of un cooked Whole Wheat Spaghetti,Chicken Broth or Bouillon, 1 cup Water 1.5 cup
1 serv=.5 cup (a total of 11 servings in recipe)
place everything in the pot and saute in the olive oil for about 5 mins. add the rice and stir. then add water salt to taste. add the pasta and break into 1 inch pieces. put your heat on med. until the water has evaporated the rice level. stir the rice cover and cook for 20 mins.
