Salsa Chicken

5 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 Cup black bean and corn salsa1/2 of your favorite medium to hot salsa
Place chicken in slow cooker. (Do not add any liquid.) Pour salsas over chicken.
Cook on high for 45 minutes. Turn slow cooker down to low and cook until chicken shreds easily with a fork.
There will be quite a bit of liquid in the pot, but as soon as you begin to shread the chicken it will absorb this liquid, making a very moist mixture.
This is great for chicken tacos or burritos; on top of a salad; and just by itself.
