Honey Mustart Pecan-Crusted Salmon

Ingredients
4-4 oz. Salmon filets4 T Dijon Mustard (more or less to your taste)1 1/2 T Honey1/4 C Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs1/8 C Crushed Pecans
Directions
Preheat oven to 350*

Mix dijon mustard, honey, bread crumbs, and pecans together to make a thick "paste."

Squeeze one lemon wedge over each salmon filet and then top each filet with 1/4 honey mustard paste.

Bake on 350* for about 10-15 min. or until the salmon is light pink and flakey.
