    My grandma actually taught my family how to make tofu eggs and they are better than regular eggs. But we dont use egg beaters. we just use tofu and add a pinch of curry to give it a yellow coloring. Then we add Braggs amino and our choice of veggies and other seasoning. AMAZING! - 2/27/09

    Wonderful...I have been substituting Tofu for scrambled eggs to the kids for years. These past with flying colors. I drissled a little ketchup on mine before. There is no need for the ketchup now! - 2/1/09
