Turkey Nacho Skillet Dinner

Ingredients
*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz *Beans, Kidney beans dark red 15.5 oz can drained*Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 14.5 oz canRo Tel Diced Tomatoes & green chilies, 10 oz canOnions .75 cup, chopped Chili powder, 2 tsp
Directions
In a large skillet, brown the ground turkey and onion. When this is fully cooked, add the can of kidney beans, drained, the two cans of tomatoes, chili powder and any additional salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a low boil, turn down and simmer for 10 min.
This makes 6 one cup servings.

Top with Shredded Cheddar Cheese or Taco Cheese and crushed tortilla chips. If you like sour cream, add a bit of that on top.
