Ingredients
stir fry ingredients:1 chicken breast, sliced in strips1 green bell pepper, sliced in strips1 red bell pepper, sliced in strips1 small red onion, chopped1/4 c. dry roasted unsalted peanuts1/4 c. shelled edamame1/2 tsp minced garlic1-2 tbsp sesame oilSautee sauce:1/2 c. soy sauce1/4 c. rice vinegar1 tsp ground ginger2-3 tsp brown sugar1/2- 1 tsp. asian chili sauce1/2 - 1 tsp hot mustard2 c. cooked brown rice
Directions
sautee stir fry ingredients in wok or fry pan over sesame oil until chicken is cooked thoroughly.

in the meantime, mix sauce ingredients and add sugar and spices to taste.

combine sautee sauce with stir fry ingredients and sautee for 5 minutes under low heat.

serve over brown rice.
