Vegetarian Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
2.5 c wide egg noodles4 cups water1 tsp vegetable oil12 cups vegetable broth1 tsp poultry seasoning1 c chopped celery1 c chopped onion1/3 c cornstarch1/4 c water24 Morning Star Farms Chicken Stripssalt to taste
Directions

Cook "chicken" strips in a lightly oiled saute pan until golden on each side. Cool and chop.

Bring water to a boil in large saucepan. Add noodles and oil. Boil for 8 minutes. Drain and rinse under cool running water, then drain again.

Bring broth and poultry seasoning to boil. Stir in celery and onion. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch and water together until completely dissolved, and gradually add to soup, stirring constantly.

Add noodles and "chicken" and heat through. Add salt to taste.
