Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef2 cans of seasoned kidney beans1 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes1 green pepper, chopped1 onion, choppedchilli powder to tastecumin to tastesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Brown your ground beef and add the chopped green pepper and onion towards the end of the browning. Transfer to a saucepot and add the crushed tomatoes, kidney beans (do not drain them), and your spices. Cook on low for at least one hour longer if you would like.
Makes 8 1-cup servings .

    it was awesome i did a few changes i used 2 cans of the red kidney beans and 2 cans of the crushed tomatos plus a can of regualar tomatos sauce tbsp of fresh garlic 3 tbsp of chilli powder and 1tbsp of cumin 1 onion and no pepper sense hubby dont like peppers made extra like left overs 2-3 days - 12/5/10
