1 banana1 whole wheat english muffin2 tablespoons of peanut butter (I use creamy, but crunchy would work just as well)
Toast the english muffin. Then, peel the banana, cut it in half, then cut the halves long-ways to get a total of four long pieces of banana. When the english muffin is finished toasting, spread one tablespoon of peanut butter on each half, then place two banana slices on each half of the english muffin. Makes 1 serving, and it's yummy too!
