Creamy Chicken with Peas Casserole

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, about 1.5 lbs1 can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup.5 cup milkfresh or frozen peas, about 1- 1 1/2 cupschicken broth, 1/2 cup (optional)Healthy Request Bisquick, 1 1/2 cups
Directions
Boil chicken breast in unsalted water until cooked, about 15 minutes. Drain and shred chicken. Place in 2 qt casserole or baking dish. Mix COM soup with milk and mix in with the chicken. Add peas (if frozen, run under cold water first). In seperate bowl, mix bisquick with cold water until sticky dough is formed. Spoon over chicken and pea mixture and spread out with a spatula. Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes or until top is light golden brown. Makes 8 servings.

    I took your recipe and made something similar, but used cream of chicken soup (my husband and I are not fans of mushrooms) and added a can of carrots. We also did not have any Bisquick, so we served the meal over brown rice. Thanks for sharing! - 2/5/11
