Tofu Veggie Stir Fry

Ingredients
1/5 of a block of firm tofu (105 grams)1 cup brown rice, cooked1/4 cup soy sauce- you can use less if you want1 package of stir fry frozen vegetables
Directions
makes four 1 cup servings

on high heat, pour soy sauce into a pan or wok along with frozen veggies. Stir frequently until veggies are thawed and somewhat softer. Add cooked brown rice and mix in. Stir all ingredients until hot and vegetables are cooked through but not mushy. You can add 1/2 cup of water to dilute the saltiness of the soy sauce.
