Veggie/Chicken Pasta Alfredo

Ingredients
I cup 1% milk4 tbsp parmesan cheese2 tbsp fat free sour cream1 tbsp olive oil1 lb chicken2 cups chicken breastVeggies8oz Whole Wheat Penne Rigate
Directions
Saute cut up chicken in olive oil until done, add zucchini, summer squash or whatever other veggies you enjoy, mushrooms, french style green beans. Saute until tender. Add sauce ingrediants and simmer until thickens a little. Serve over whole wehat pasta

    It tasted okay. It was nothing special. The sauce had absolutely no thickening agent and was runny. It didn't even taste like a "mild" alfredo. The truth is, the meal would have been better without ANY sauce and just sprinkling parmesan cheese on top. - 3/23/07
