Mushroom Meatball Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup10 Frozen Lean Beef Meatballs2 Cups of Fresh Mushrooms (Quartered)4 Cups Enriched Egg Noodles1 Large Onion1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Cook Meatballs (Microwave 4 mins). Add Olive Oil to a large skillet and brown Onion and Mushrooms. Add Can of Mushroom soup and Cooked Meatballs and simmer until pasta is ready. Cooking the egg noodles takes about 10 mins. Spoon Mushroom mixture over pasta to serve.
