Whole Wheat Waffles (from MSM)

Ingredients
1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour2 tbsp sugar1 tbsp baking powder2 eggs1 3/4 cup skim milk (or use half milk, half water)1/4 cup canola oil1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce1 tsp vanilla (optional)
Directions
Mix together dry ingredients in one bowl. Lightly beat together wet ingredients in another. Add egg mixture to the dry mixture and stir until moistened. Pour batter onto a lightly oiled waffle ion and bake until done.

To freeze: Let them cool and then put 5-6 in each bag. To thaw, just pull them from the freeze and heat in microwave, toaster oven, or oven.
