Tilapia with Artichokes and Red Peppers

Ingredients
2.5 cups artichoke hearts, chopped fine.75 cup roasted red peppers, chopped fine4 teaspoons garlic, minced4 tablespoons olive oil4 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated1.5 teaspoons kosher ore or less, according to taste)1.5 teaspoon ground black pepper1 teaspoon paprika1 tablespoon dried basil flakesdash cayenne pepper2 pounds tilapia fillets
Directions
Mix all ingredients except fish in a mixing bowl. Adjust seasonings to taste. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray the foil with cooking spray. Place the fillets on the foil. Cover each fillet with 1/8th of the artichoke mixture. Bake for 15 or so minutes at 375 degrees until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
