Tomato Rice

2 tbsp vegtable oil1.5 cup rice1 cup onion sliced2 tbsp tomato puree400g chopped plum tomato (1 tin)2 cloves garlic4 cups water
1) Heat oil in medium pan
2) Fry rice (uncooked) for 5 mins on medium heat
3) Add onion (Thinly Sliced)
4) Turn heat down slightly and add Tomato puree and plum Tomato
5) Crush garlic and add mixing well
6) Add 2 cups of water and stir and leave for 10 mins covered
7) Add remaining water, stir and leave on heat till almost all the water is absorbed.
