Soy Milk, 0.5 cup Yogurt, plain, low fat, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz))Blackberries, frozen (unsweetened), 0.25 cup, unthawed Blueberries, froze 0.25Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 0.5 cup, unthawedRaspberries, 0.5 cup Honey, 0.33 tbsp (1 tsp)Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
