Tangy Radish Salad

Ingredients
1 bag (about 20) fresh radishes1/2 sweet white onion (could use red)Lime, juice of (may double and add 2 limes)2 tsp salt
Directions
Slice onions thinly, place in bowl with lime juice and salt, and let marinate while you cut the radishes. Slice radishes thinly and toss into the onions/lime juice.

Best when served chilled, and when served within hours of preparation.
