Cubed Steak and Mushrooms

Ingredients
16 oz of tenderized round steak, cubed steak or venison steak1 C chopped purple onion1 6 oz can of mushrooms2 bouillon cubes2 1/2 C watercooking spray
Directions
Cut steak into 8 equal portions. Spray skillet and put meat in to brown. Chop onion and drain mushrooms. Flip meat add mushrooms, onions, pepper. Once meat is browned well and onion are transparent add bouillon and water. Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes.
Serve 2 meat pcs per serving and use broth mixture over potato, rice or egg noodles. Goes well with broccoli or tossed salad.
