Ingredients
# Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)# Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)# Garlic, 2 cloves (remove)# Brown Sugar, 1 tsp unpacked (remove)# Tomato Paste Org. (4gr./tsp), 5 serving (remove)# *Hot Chili Peppers, 0.25 pepper (remove)# Lime Juice, 1 wedge yields (remove)# Red Ripe Tomatoes, 10 cherry (remove)
Directions
Roast drained tomatoes halves, 150F for 4 hours and them mix with 1/2 cup of water.
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion, chilli and garlic; sauté 4 minutes or until onion is tender. Place tomato mixture, onion mixture, sugar, paste, and the rest in a blender; process until smooth. Place pureed tomato mixture in pan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat; partially cover, reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Chill thoroughly.
