6 oz cooked leftover chicken1 small apple8 dill pickles (or banana peppers)cayenne pepperlight mayospicey mustard
Cut the chicken and apple into 1" cubes. Put the chicken, apple and pickles in food processor. Pulse 4-6 times til chopped smaller. Add the mustard, pepper, mayo. Pulse 4 more times (your consistency)
Spread on bread or put on spinach! YUM!!
