Ingredients
2 1/2 c. flour1 c. brown sugar3/4 c. white sugar1 tsp. cinnamon3/4 c. oil.5 c. chopped nuts1 tsp. cinnamon1 c. buttermilk1 egg1 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. baking powder
Directions
Mix flour, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon and oil. Mix and take out 3/4 cup crumb mixture; set aside. Add chopped nuts and cinnamon to 3/4 cup crumb mixture. Add buttermilk, egg, baking soda and baking powder to flour mixture.
