Ingredients

3 tbsp Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp
1 cup Milk, SO Delicious® Coconut Milk, unsweetened, 1 cup serving
3 tbsp Nestle Toll House Cocoa Powder (by TROISPEACE)
0.33 oz choxie dark chocolate cocoa nib (by ITSAMARATHON)
0.5 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)
0.25 serving Blue Diamond Almonds - Whole Natural, 28 almonds
2 serving Stevia Extract In The Raw Sugar Substitute [1 packet]
Directions
1. Combine all dry ingredients in air-tight container such as a mason jar.
2. Add coconut milk and mix well for even distribution. Chia tends to clump together and break clumps if necessary.
3. Seal tight and put in the refrigerator overnight for atleast 3-6 hrs for chia to set and obtain a pudding like consistency.
4. Top with coconut, almonds, and nibs or any toppings to your liking. (Note*: Some of the ingredients listed are optional but I added them for nutritional breakdown purposes)
