Ingredients
Beef, tip round 5 oz, cut into thin strips3 cloves garlic1 red bell pepper, medium, cut in strips1/2 onion, sliced1 tbsp olive oil1 package frozen broccoli, thawedSauce:1 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp dry sherry1/4 water1 tsp sugar2 tsp sesame oil1 tsp minced ginger root1 tsp garlic chili paste1 tbsp cornstarch
Directions
In wok, heat olive oil, and saute garlic, onion, red bell pepper and beef until brown. Add broccoli until heated. In center of wok, move mixture so there is a hole in the center, and add soy sauce mixture, stir constantly and mix thoroughly.
Serve over hot rice if desired.
