No Peek Chicken

Ingredients
3/4 cup white rice long grain1 can Cream of Celery soup1 large chicken breast, not skin or bones5 medium white mushrooms, sliced1 tsp seasoned salt1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions
In a 8x8 baking dish, add uncooked rice. Empty the can of Cream of Celery Soup on top of the rice. Using the can, add 1 can of water to the rice. Mix. Lay the chicken breast on top of the rice mixture. Sprinkle the spices on top of the chicken and rice. Cover with foil.
Bake in 375 degree oven for 2 hrs. Do not open foil during the cooking time. NO PEEKING.
