Ingredients
Boneless Pot Roast 2-3 lbs2 cans Mushrooms! pkg Lipton Onion Soup Mix1/2 cup Red Wine
Directions
Place drained mushrooms on bottom of crock. Place roast on top . Mix wine with onion soup mix and pour over top of roast. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Serve with buttered noodles and steamed broccoli
