2 cups of cooked chickpeas/garbanzo beans2-3 cloves garlic chopped (depending on your taste)4tbsp Tahini4tbsp olive oil2 wedges of lemon juicedash of sea saltJuice of garbanzo beans

Blend everything into a past. You will need to put the garbanzo liqued into the blender in order for the blender to blend the paste well enough.
