Sweet pork loin

Ingredients
* Brown Sugar, 5 tsp packed * Pork Tenderloin, 12 oz * Honey, 2 tbsp * *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
Directions
Cut slits 1/4 of the way through the loin in about 4 equal pieces. Mix the other ingredients together and pour over loin. Bake at 350 for about 30 mins.

I eat 1/4 per meal with steamed stir fry veggies.

    Excellent recipe! I used very thick cuts of pork and cut slits in both sides of the meat, turning it half way through the baking process. I uncovered it half way thorugh the baking and think it would have been even better if I had left it covered for the entire time. Thanks for the recipe! - 3/27/09
