Turkey Sheppard's Pie

Ingredients
Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 20 oz (1 lb)Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 1 CanMixed Vegetables, frozen (steam in the bag), 1 bagGarlic powder, 1 tbsp Ore-Ida Steam n'Mash Cut Russet Potatoes, 1 bag2/3 cup Skim Milk (for potatoes)1 tbsp butter (for potatoes)
Directions
Brown ground turkey and drain. Heat vegetables for 2 minutes.
Stir cream of chicken soup, mixed veggies, turkey and garlic powder. Put into a 2 or 3 qt casserole dish.
Prepare instant mashed potatoes according to directions, then spread on top of casserole.
Bake for 20 minutes at 450 or until all is heated through and potatoes on top start to brown.
Makes about 8 1/2-cup servings.

Can add cheese on top if wanted. This is not in the calorie count.
