Turkey Enchiladas

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Turkey1 19oz can Enchilada Sauce1 pkg Tortillas (10)1/2 can Refried Beans
Directions
Brown ground turkey. Add enough enchilada sauce to coat bottom of a 9 X 11pan. Add 1/2 of remaining enchilada sauce to ground turkey. Spread equal amounts of refried beans to each tortilla, then equal amounts of turkey/enchilada sauce. Roll Tortillas and place in pan. Once all tortillas are prepared, pour remaining enchilada sauce over the top of the enchiladas. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 or until hot.

Serve tortilas with additional toppings of your choice. Suggestions are: lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, fat free sour cream. and hot sauce.

Spice up the recipe with chilies or peppers of your choice.

Enchiladas are great reheated.
