Salmon Croquettes

Ingredients
3 6-7 oz cans boneless & skinless Salmon (drained and flaked)2 eggs1 cup chopped onion2 tablespoons dill weed1 tablespoon garlic powder1 cup seasoned bread crumbs4 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
In a bowl, mix together all ingredients except olive oil. Form into evenly size burger-style patties. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat and cook for about 10 minutes. Turn as needed. Should make about five patties.
