Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients
16 ounces lean ground turkey1/2 cup brown rice4 tsp. granulated garlic8 large fresh cabbage leafs1 cup tomato sauce1 cup stewed tomatoes2 cups sauerkraut1 cup sour cream
Directions
Combine ground turkey, rice, garlic
Wrap 2 ounces per 1 cabbage leaf
Top with tomatoe sauce, stewed tomatoes, sauerkraut.
Bake at 350 for 90 minutes
Top with 1 tbs. sour cream per roll
Makes 8 servings
