Salmon cakes

Ingredients
Tin pink/red salmon.I medium egg.Half onion.Sprinkle of herbs.salt&pepper
Directions
Prepare tinned salmon removing all bones and black bits, but save any liquid.
Put salmon pieces into a bowl.
Crack & beat the egg in a small cup add to salmon. Add any seasoning.
Cut up half onion ( red one has more flavour).Dry fry onion til slighty brown when cooked add to salmon mixture.
Divide mixture into 12 small balls mix together with hands and squeeze out any excess liquid.
Place on to a bakin tray. Place in medium heat oven about reg 5 .til golden brown.
Serve with mixed salad.
