Zuccinni pops

Ingredients
2 medium zuccinni peeled and quartered into 4 inch spears1 large egg1/2 cup low fat parmesan cheese
Directions
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
Peel and quarter zuccinni into 4 inch spears
Beat egg and set with second dish of parmesan cheese. Dip zuccini into egg and roll into cheese and place on an un greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until goldern brown. Serve hot.
