2 lbs shrimp2 cups chicken broth1 cup clam juice3 14 oz cans diced tomatoes2 onions, diced1 green pepper, diced3 stalks celery, diced2 tablespoons olive oil1 tablespoon minced garlic2 bay leavesdash hot saucedash worcestershire sauce1 t. cayenne peppersalt and pepper to tast
Heat oil in heavy Dutch oven over medium heat until hot. Add celery, onions, peppers and cook 5 minutes. Stir in cayenne and let carmelize, about 10 minutes more. Add tomatoes, broth, clam juice, hot sauce, worcestershire sauce and bay leaves. Bring to a low boil, cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer 20 minutes. Uncover, add shrimp and cook until shrimp are done, about 5 minutes.
