24 graham crackers2 3.25 oz boxes Vanilla Sugar-Free instant pudding2.5 cups 2% milk1 tsp vanilla extract12 oz tub Cool Whip Lite1 15 oz can reduced sugar chocolate frosting (I only used 10 oz.)
Mix pudding, vanilla, and milk. Fold in cool whip. Line a 9x13 pan with graham crackers, cutting to fit as needed. Top with half of pudding mixture. Repeat layers. Add another layer of graham crackers and top with frosting. Refrigerate several hours. Makes 16 servings.
