Ingredients
carrots, celery, onion, parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme
Directions
Chop and mix carrots, celery, and onion together adding parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme to taste. Stuff in chicken, turkey, etc. and baked the appropriate time. OR cook medium high on stove top until tender in broth, or equal parts white wine and water.
