Pork and Vegetable Bake

Ingredients
(4) 4oz Pork Cutlets 2 Baking Potatoes - Cleaned and sliced thin2 Large Onions - Sliced 2 Cups Sliced Mushrooms1/4 Cup chopped Basil1 Can French Cut Greenbeans (Drained & Rinsed)1 can Stewed TomatoesSalt and Pepper to Taste.
Directions
Preheat oven to 325, and grease a 13x9 casserole dish.

Place the Potatoes, Onions, Mushrooms, Basil, Salt and Pepper into the dish. Toss to coat. Place the Pork Cutlets on top of Vegetables. Top with Green Beans and Tomatoes.

Cover and bake for 1 and 1/2 hours. (I did it for just over an hour at 350, to speed it up).
