Cereal Trail Mix

Ingredients
1 C. Frosted flakes1 C. Honey Nut Cheerios or off brand1 C. Life cereal (cinnamon or maple flavored)1 C. Fiber One Caramel Delight cereal1/2 C. Chocolate Chips3/4 Cup Mixed Nuts
Directions
Put all ingredients in a big Ziploc Bag and shake gently. Portion out smaller half cup grab and go servings in little ziploc baggies. A perfect snack, dessert, or energy booster post workout! Enjoy.
ALso great for kids and a fun treat!

    It is great..i just was using up some cereal I had inthe cupboard and thought hmm...maybe a little chocolate and a little nut in it would be great and it is !!! Hope you enjoy it!
