Chicken and pasta with peppers and onions

Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken thighs10 ounces pasta (farfalle or mini-penne)1 cup chopped green pepper1 cup chopped onion2 tablespoons olive oil2 cans Italian diced tomatoes
Directions
Dice peppers and onions. Set aside.
Bring water for pasta to a boil, and begin pasta cooking.
Sear chicken in olive oil, then remove and add peppers and onions to oil. Dice chicken and add back to peppers and onions to complete cooking. Add Italian diced tomatoes, and heat through.
Drain pasta, and add to chicken mixture. Toss lightly and serve.
Delicious and fast and easy!
