Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas

6 medium flour tortillas6 oz cooked chicken breast, shredded1 cup tomatoes with green chilies1/2 cup canned corn1 cup prepared yellow rice (Zatarain's)150 g (one pot) Total 0% Greek Yoghurt1 can Old El Paso Green Chile Enchilada Sauce1 tsp crushed garlic1 tbsp chili powder1 oz cheddar cheese
Mix chicken, corn, rice, tomatoes, and spices. Divide mixture evenly among tortillas, and roll. Place in baking dish. Mix yoghurt with green enchilada sauce, pour sauce over enchiladas. Top with grated cheese. Cover with foil, bake at 350 for about an hour, or until hot and bubbly. Serves 4 - 6.
