Carrot and red cabbage salad

Ingredients
Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove)Cabbage, fresh, .5 head, large (about 7" dia) (remove)Apples, fresh, 2 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per l (remove)*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" (remove)*Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 4 plum tomato (remove)Radishes, 10 medium (3/4" to 1" dia) (remove)Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 20 grams (remove)Lemons, 1 fruit without seeds (remove)Olive Oil, 6 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Finely grate carrots,apples. Shred cabbage. Chop tomatoes, radishes and celery. Mix first 7 ingredients together in a bowl. Sprinkle sunflower seeds on top. Whisk the olive oil and lemon juice and drizzle over salad.
