Simple Almond Baked Tilapia

Ingredients
4 Tilapia Fillets (1 lb)1/4 cup lemon juice2 cloves menced garlic1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 cup sliced or crushed almonds
Directions
Preheat oven to 350

Mix lemon juice, garlic salt and pepper. Spray a cookie sheet generously with non-stick spray. Spread 1/2 of the almonds on the pan. Place fillets on top of the almonds. Spread lemon juice mixture over the fillets and sprinkle with the remaining almonds.

Bake for 15 minutes or until fish flakes.
