Low fat Low Carb Tiramisu Pudding

Ingredients
16 ounces no fat or low fat cottage cheese8 ounces no fat or low fat cream cheese1 ounce Kahlua 2 tablespoons Dutch cocoa powder1 teaspoon instant coffee1 1/2 cups splenda or sugar1-4 tablespoons skim milk, to thin
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. If mixture is too thick, thin with skim milk. Blend well.
Pour into a serving bowl or individual dishes. Refrigerate, uncovered, for 2 or more hours. Serve topped with a spoonful of whipped cream or nondairy whipped topping, if desired. Cover and refrigerate any leftovers

    The carbs are so high b/c she only put it in as one serving. Use your math skills and divide by 6 (that would be 4oz servings) and you will see it is low cal/carb - 3/17/08
