Made this tonight. The topping is tasty, and the meat came out tender and juicy, but bland. If I made it again, I'd probably experiment with a marinade (something orangey) and add some herbs (sage?) to the flour dredge.
I made only one chop, using one T each of pecans and honey. Worked out wel - 11/15/20

This is a great recipe! I didn't make it properly, because I accidently closed the screen and it took me a while to find it again, so I ended up overcooking the sauce. However, it was still delicious! I chopped up some pre-sliced almonds and used those instead. It was very good! :) - 12/1/10

Very yummy - and I used pork fillets and walnuts - so, slightly different ingredients. Thanks for the idea! - 1/8/09

I LOVED this, and so did my family - my boys (aged 4 and 2) both had two helpings! It went straight into my cookbook with no alterations at all. My only complaint is the calorie count (the pecans add a lot), but I will still make this again as a treat for myself! - 4/6/08
